Association Dues (Assessments)

Per the Lake Ogemaw Summer Resort Association By-Laws, section 7.3, the board may prescribe the time and manner of payment and collection.

Annual dues are to be levied per lot or parcel.

Special assessments are to be levied per lot or parcel.

The 2014/2015 membership dues are $155 per lot and $15 dam/spillway assessment per lot or parcel. Dues invoices are mailed out no earlier than the end of May and are invoiced to be paid on or before July 1st. After August 1st, the assessment is in default and is charged 10% late fee and 8% per annum interest.

Make checks/money orders payable to LOSRA, PO Box 472, West Branch, MI 48661. Include the lot number(s) you are paying for.
