Clubhouse Rental Information

Lake Ogemaw Association clubhouse and pavilion is available to rent to any Lake Ogemaw property owner in good standing.

Both the pavilion and clubhouse rental fee is $50.00 for the first 4 hours and $10.00 per hour thereafter. The cost for kitchen use is $25.00. A deposit of $100 is required to secure your reservation. If you will be serving alcohol you will need to obtain a rider for the event on your homeowners insurance policy.

Rent the clubhouse for parties, receptions, etc by contacting the association office at (989) 873-3058 or via email losra@lakeogemaw.org.

There are specific guidelines for renting which the clerk will review with you at the time of reservation.
